Room was dirty (looked like dirt from building work), and when I reported it, they said they would clean it the next day, obviously not acceptable. When pushed on the, they moved me to another room but it certainly wasn't their initial offer.

Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. However, I would not recommend the urban rooms as they do not contain tea or coffee making facilities or a mini fridge. I think they should make it clear what facilities are not present in the various room options.
