This hotel could be a 5 star hotel if they just make a few tweaks as listed below. 1. Front Desk/Reception Area - Professional and courteous but a little slow in dealing with clients. 2. Late night food/snacks should be further catered to a more international/American clientele, although the hotel is Indian owned. 3. Lack of notification and actual hot water availability for two nights. Hotel should reach out to clients on such issues that affect us all as clients. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel with excellent five star Indian-themed food/drinks, staff, and location!

Fantastic hotel location; disappointing facilities and service despite the high room cost. The Sunday buffet brunch was an expensive choice that did not deliver at all on service or atmosphere. Almost 200e for 2 omlettes and mimosa's. Unorganized, erratic service even though the overworked servers were trying. The front desk promised to call when the room was ready- they did not. When we returned after 330 pm, the new agent told us the room had been ready for over an hour. No apology for not following the note to call when room was ready. One of the 2 elevators was not working; this made for long wait times each trip to and from the room. Our floor had plastic covering the hall carpet that made rolling suitcases challenging. There was no security latch on the door even though there was a sign announcing one. The room overall was comfortable and clean despite the hallway and latch issues. The bell staff was helpful with luggage storage and tips for sightseeing. The highlight of the stay was dinner in The Ming restaurant, which both quality of food and service was exceptional.

Hotel was fine & would stay again, however, be prepared for the chaos at breakfast, fortunately we were not under any time pressure but if you are then you may have to give breakfast a miss. You could be waiting 15 minutes or more to get seated & then service for coffee can take a while.

This was our third time staying here. The good: staff was nice and luggage was handled well. I liked the pillows. The TV was advanced and had nice smooth feature for casting to it. The bad: This room was very small especially for the price. One of the two main elevators was broken and seems to have been for a while. The wait was frequently annoying and we walked up 6 flights multiple times. They were supposed to clean our room. They actually called and asked when they could but they never showed up during the large time slot we gave them which was most of the day til 8pm. They showed up at 9:45 pm to clean which is absurd. So no cleaning occurred, no fresh towels. The gym wasn’t very clean and was too small to accommodate everyone in there which was maybe 8 people. The breakfast was below average and very crowded. They were renovating the back of the lobby. It was not nearly as good as our two previous stays before 2020. I don’t plan to return on our next trip to London.

Very nice hotel! The outside is so London-ish which is what we were looking for. The staff was right there as we arrived to get luggage and guide us to the reception desk. Very easy check in. Rooms clean and ready on time. Hair dryer was great! Don't need to bring your own. Did not eat here. Wanted to experience other dining options in London. Picked this location because it was close to so many things that we could walk to and then take a bus to farther sites. Only negative was that we wanted to really immerse ourselves in London and though the outside in the Westminster area was that...inside the hotel was not that. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Great English Pub right around the corner!!!
