A great area to walk around and sightsee. Big Ben and the London Eye was just short walk from hotel. Other areas such as Trafalgar Square was an easy walk as well. Love that we felt safe in the area during our evening walks.

Definitely not worth what I paid. I wish I had done a little more research. It's not that the staff was ride, but they seemed new at the job. Housekeeping was eh. The beds were not very comfortable. I would not recommend.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and other major attractions. The hotel is also close to the tube, making it very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but one of our two rooms wasn’t ready until almost 6 PM, even though we arrived at 2 PM. The room was clean and comfortable, but not as expected. The photos on Expedia suggested a view, but our room faced a wall, making it quite dark despite having windows. The lighting inside was dim, adding to the gloomy feel. There was also a large face (possibly a celebrity) printed on the closet, which felt odd — especially at night. The AC was mild; a fan would have helped. Breakfast was decent ) included in our booking) . Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, a well-located hotel with good service, but the room setup and lighting didn’t match what we expected from the listing.
