Disliked: Room comfort
I was unhappy with this hotel and will not stay here again. I booked a one week stay in London. There was not one drawer, not one shelf, absolutely nowhere to put my things if I wanted to unpack my bags. There was a short rack with hangers, for hanging clothes.But every other type of clothes had to stay in my suitcase. Which means for one week, I was living out of my suitcase, which was very Uncomfortable and messy. My clothes could not come out of the suitcase for a week. I was frustrated every minute of the day when I was in my room to have nowhere to put my belongings. They try to advertise themselves as being “echo friendly“. It was very austere, with nothing that one needed in their hotel room. They are using echo friendly in order to save money and be cheap. Yet, their rates were not inexpensive. There was not a welcoming bottle of free water in the room, there were none of the nice little extras one hopes to receive when paying almost $200 a night for a room. Very disappointed.
