Good but some issues

While the hotel was very good, and the staff exce, there were a few issues. The water system seemed to have a life of its own making interesting noises. The housekeeping staff appeared to not be fully informed on when guests were checking out and who requested services, and the elevators are small and slow.

Perfect location

Recently stayed there with our grandsons. Perfect location, easy tube access. Hotel staff were amazing, breakfast catered for gluten and dairy free options for one of the children. Family room very spacious. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. Children went home telling their parents they must stay there again!

A magical night away with my family

This is my third stay at Park Plaza County Hall. We opted for the penthouse after having this once before. This time, we were in one of the front rooms with a view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The room was set out with balloons and a heart from my daughter. The penthouse rooms offer more room for the family, and great for my young children to have a little leg room to roam around. For children, I love how we always get a goodie bag of drawing, a plane and chocolates for them to be occupied when we first get in the room. And the look on their faces when they step onto the balcony. They are small enough that they can’t hang over, but they are 100% safe to play out there - amazing playing with their toys with that astonishing view. For us as adults, the evening came and children were well rested in the sofa bed. We could enjoy some time on the balcony with a cup of tea. Reception had no issues given is extra tea bags. The rooms are always clean given there size, spacious and extra touches of fruit, complimentary water (always given), cakes and colas have been given. I’ve spent evening working in the bar on my laptop, and been offered a free beer. I’ve always felt very welcome here, great locations breakfast and staff. I look forward to many more returns. (New years eve here would be a dream). For the room rate, it is a treat, but you cannot put a price on happy faces.
