Brilliant hotel in perfect location. Literally is a 5 minute walk to the London eye and about 10 minutes to Westminster. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful, spotless and great breakfast. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in London. We’ll definitely stay when we visit again.

Breakfast was extra, but overall a great place for vacation! Just a walk away from Big Ben and the National Gallery. Cabs and busses just around the corner if needed, as well as a train station. Hotel was clean and staff were willing to assist with any questions

The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The location was great for access across to Westminster and key attractions, and of course Waterloo station itself is well connected to tube and national rail. We would stay again for sure and it represented a great value in London.

Absolutely faultless. Huge room, clean, comfortable with excellent facilities and a view I definitely wasn’t expecting.
