Couldn’t have had a better experience. Staff was amazing and the hotel is walking distance to everything. About a 7 minute walk to the underground system. Definitely will stay there again.

The room we first had was dirty and had black mould in the shower, the bathroom was not clean and they left dirty towels in the bath, room wasn’t set up for 3 people when we first arrived. The room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm. My child went for a swim and it turned his hair green no communication about having to use a “special shampoo”. I will give them credit for trying to help fix the situation and gave us a new room which was cleaner but still not worth the amount you pay.

The staff at this hotel is always pleasant, helpful, and if I ask a question they can't answer, they go out of their way to find someone who can give me whatever info I need. The view from the Executive Double Room with River View was nothing short of fantastic. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. And while the bar poured the shortest shots of whiskey I've ever seen (might try a shot glass for that instead of a high ball glass), the staff there was all smiles and good attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. The check in was quick and detailed. The room was really clean and had a functioning AC.The river view from the room, in the evening/night was spectacular. The hotel had a sauna and steam room on site, which was really good and relaxing to use on our down time.

My family continues to express their overwhelming admiration for our exceptional experience at the Park Plaza Riverbank. We are scheduled to depart tomorrow, but from the moment we arrived, the concierge who assisted us with our check-in was exceptionally courteous. I inadvertently made a reservation for three nights instead of the four-day duration I intended, expressing my concern to him. He graciously accommodated my family’s request for an additional night and secured a favorable price compared to the online rate I had initially received. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a breathtaking ambiance. The room was equipped with a family room, which was particularly accommodating as we are traveling with a teenage and pre-teen sibling. My family felt a sense of security and care, and the room was spacious and immaculately cleaned. The amenities, including the pool and sauna, were in pristine condition. On our third night, we opted to dine at Chino Latino for cocktails. While the service was not entirely satisfactory, I acknowledge that the bar was likely experiencing a high volume of customers, necessitating a wait for our drinks. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to the main attraction while being conveniently situated away from the bustling city center. We have expressed our appreciation for the tranquility of the surroundings. Without hesitation, we would return to this establishment for future stays. Oh yeah and our room was upgraded.
