The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was very quiet. However, guests checking in should be told or notified that every Monday morning the hotel conducts fire alarm test so guests will be aware when the alarm goes off on Monday morning that it's a test. May I suggest that they do the testing in the afternoons instead of mornings so that people sleeping will not be awakened. Thanks.

The view from the room was exceptional but that was about it. We are typically pretty easy to please guests. The room though was filthy, and the floor was so dirty that it would make your feet turn black, super gross! The room also wasn't ready when we checked in at 5:30 p.m. after a long day of travel. Bed and pillows were hard as a rock. We've also never stayed in a high rise where you could hear loud footsteps from the room above. One plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Regretfully won't be coming back to this place.

The bathroom sliding door was broken. I had to complain 3 time before some one came to look at it and did not fix it properly. We stayed four nights with a broken door.

Lovely location and staff. Comfortable room and I felt fortunate getting one with a Thames view. Gym was good (though another weights bench would be helpful). Breakfast great. Would definitely stay again. Love being able to walk along the river too.

The location of this Park Plaza was pretty ideal. In barely 15 minutes of walking, you’re across the river from Parliament. The hotel itself was excellent; the staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, you never had to wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel well located on the riverbank and within walking distance of sights. We were a party of 3 and the room was only made up for 2 - housekeeping sent someone up with extra bedding for the bed sofa, pillows towels etc but would have been preferable if this had been organised as per the booking. Breakfast was good with a lovely view of the river. Pool is small and I really can’t see how 12 people can fit in there - even with 2 elbows were bumping! Bed was very hard - better than too soft but more than a couple of nights would be uncomfortable. Room would be fine for 2 but 3 was cramped . Staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was reasonably priced. Would stay again for a night but not for a long stay.
