The stay was great. We did the self checking via the app with the key. The front desk man was rude, but everyone else was super nice. The bar was a nice way to end the day. The location is fantastic. We walked all over. My only real complaint is the noise. We heard every footstep, and the couple next door having a good time at 4am. Otherwise, it was great!

Welcomed by the doorman, quick check in and up to the room. Side river view, would have like full but didn’t request and only a base. Perfect for myself and 12 year old daughter. Hotel was clean, had a drink in the bar (pricey!) pool was great for a quick swim. Had a look at the kids area, would be good for those on a longer break. 25 mins walk to Waterloo/Southbank. Have also stayed at Park Plaza County Hall. Both good hotels, would recommend both.

When I booked our reservation, I specficially asked for a room with a view, and thought I paid for that request only to find out upon arrival it was not an option for the size room we reserved. The view was the main reason this location was chosen. Very dissapointing. The food options were limited and TOO expensive (especially breakfast). The carpet was wet in our room upon arrival, the sink didn't drain, and the light system was difficult to work. Too many issues for the cost at this hotel. I would not stay here again.
