This is my second stay, this stay much better than the first. At the first visit, the hotel was so disorganised, I had to wait well past the check-in time. I was not happy, but the hotel tried to make the situation right. This visit was much more efficient, although the desk person was a bit annoyingly persistent about up-selling various items. I don't blame the person for doing so - it's their job - but I had just arrived from a long international flight and I was tired and in no mood to hear the up-selling. A downside this visit was a seemingly large number of families with small children running through the hall by the room. I'm sure this was just a visit timing issue.One of the best features of the hotel in my opinion is that it's located just a two-minute walk from the Lambeth North tube station. Very convenient. Similarly, it is only a 15 minute walk to Westminster (Parliament, Big Ben, etc.).

Really lovely stay, the bed had some wear and tear on the headboard and not many tasty options for veggie or halal diets for breakfast. However, overall it was a lovely stay - nice looking property, spa was amazing and not too busy. I enjoyed the steam room and pool.
