The location was wonderful and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Getting around London on the tube was very convenient with a tube station right around the corner. Will definitely stay there again.

The front desk forgot to take note that I was expecting my delayed luggage later that evening and when it arrived, they refused to take it from the person that was delivering it. Extremely disappointing because i had to wait even longer to get my luggage. Poor communication between staff.

There is a train station next to the hotel. Walking distance to tower bridge. Tower of london is just across the street. Breakfast is great lots of choices. Room is clean and the bathroom is spacious. At night we can still hear the train in our room. But overall very satisfied with our stay.

The property is opposite the famous Lomdon Tower, Big Bus hop on hop off, Lomdon Bridge. The housekeeping is very bad and the staff do not deep clean properly. Breakfast is good.

This hotel provided everything we needed for our 5-day trip to London with our two-year-old. Traveling with a kid this age was not an easy task, but the kitchen and washer this unit provided, as well as other amenities, and the location of the hotel being so close to two of the attractions we were going to visit, all came as great aid. All were appreciated.
