Terrible experience

Terrible the bed was making noises everytime I move called and sent someone that could not fixed it , no robes !!! We were exhusted , so that means get dress again and change rooms !! So in stead of a King size bed we paid we sleep in a double to avoid the noise!! I was not able to sleep !!! Hotel should never give a room without checking the condition of what they offer!! We shouldnt have to move if everything was working 109%

Convenient for a flight back to the USA from T2 but hotel is old and tired. Functional but no style or charm like the Sofitel in T5. Overpriced but they’re the only hotel connected by walking which is through a dark exhaust filled parking lot too full of anxious uber passengers,

Staff, location and room were great. However, water in our room stopped mid evening. So couldn't flush the toilet, take a shower or get water for in-room kettle. Tried raising hotel staff on the phone without success. So we had to go down to reception to be told it was a hotel wide problem and handed 3 bottles of water. It would have have been good had staff taken a proactive approach and broadcast there was a problem and gone round handing out the water. Fortunately, the problem was rectified by the morning. So a so-so stay this time.
