Great access to Terminal 2, but not Terminal 3. I wouldn’t stay here if you need to depart from T3 (which we did). Parking is expensive. Employees were fantastic.

Good breakfast, room decently laid out and convenient for the airport (more so for terminal two than three but still much better than battling over). Quick check in and check out. Very peaceful sleep considering central airport location. I do think in the lobby areas it might be helpful for lights to stay on a couple of seconds longer than they do if people don't move about - they deactivate very quickly but support the idea in principle.

I wanted to share a shout out to this hotel - 2 times gold stars for 2 reasons - Most of all - they answered the phone when there was a crisis! The first time - we were trying to get to the hotel and called the hotel and a staff member picked up promptly and provided super clear directions - a special call out to that lady! It was 12:30 am and we were in loops of waiting with airlines and to get a person was awesome! And she was so polite! The 2nd shout out was to the front desk lady the next morning as she quickly booked us another room, then when we got on another flight, we called to cancel and she “did the right thing” and was amazing about it - She said - Yes - no problem - glad you got on a flight and visit again! Well we will and shout out to your hotel and training at this location!

Extremely convienent for those with an overnight layover in Heathrow! East connections around the airport and to central London. Food and rooms were excellent. The only issue we ran into was our shower not having a sliding glass door, causing half the shower to be exposed to the rest of the bathroom and water ended up on the floor. While we were able to clean it, this resulted in essentially drenching towels unnecessarily
