Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, good breakfast. Mattress a little too firm for comfort. Conveniently placed for access to London and airport. Would return.

Great location to get in and out of Heathrow via the Hounslow West tube underground station. Also very nice people and very clean and comfortable rooms. And great free parking!

Skylark Stay

The skylark has been an amazing place to stay! Staff is so friendly and helpful. It is an excellent value for the money. We have truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon! The breakfast is delicious! Plenty of food and lots of variety. Also have to mention that it is in a great location! Just a 3 minute walk to the underground and bus station. We have loved it here!

Stayed after arriving late from Heathrow and had to go into to central London the day after. The room was excellent given the price and very clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful and it was in easy walking distance to the tube station.

The receptionist was very helpful both night and afternoon staff. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were very clean. Ample parking spaces. Very close to Train Station. Helpful staff as forgot to get my phone charger and they gave me one to use.

We needed a quick layover pit spot from Heathrow and this is just a few stops down on the underground. We checked in late, slept comfortably for a few hours and left early with quick breakfast to go. The host was very helpful, communicative and accommodating.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We couldn’t fault our stay at the beautiful Skylark Hotel. The room and service was fantastic! On arrival, there was limited parking, but the lady was swift at sorting that out for us despite running around for everyone else too. We were shown our room within minutes and shown around the complex in a very friendly and professional manor. The lady ensured every need was met, even down to having nice serviettes for eating with and asking if I wanted a hairdryer in the room! Nothing was any trouble for her, she was lovely! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, again, having everything we needed in it, and the breakfast lounge matched. The staff were very helpful during breakfast, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with a variety to pick from and everything was spotlessly clean. On our departure, we were greeted with the most down to earth staff member! He was happy to have a chat about our day ahead, compliment us on our kids and was just generally a very friendly, pleasant gentlemen who was very easy to get along with and speak to. He welcomed us back any time and saw us out the door with a very friendly spirit, he was also so very lovely! Highly recommend this hotel, for the room, the staff, and everything in it! Thank you!
