Because I had an early flight the next morning, I chose this hotel for its good location. The staff were friendly, and I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious. However, basic cleanliness is very important to me. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. When I went in to take a shower, I found a clump of hair behind the shower curtain. There was also visible dirt and grime on the shower head, the shampoo dispenser, and the shower curtain. Because of this, I tried to finish my shower as quickly as possible and just wanted to check out.

Great for travel being located next to T4 Heathrow. Covered walkway to the hotel. Free breakfast smorgasbord. Clean room. Only disappointed with the shower. It was set up for disabled guests and water was getting out on the bathroom floor.

Really comfortable mattress and pillow selection. We stayed pre and post long haul flight. The beakfast box supplid on our pre flight stay was excellent. All staff were really lovely, friendly and kind.
