I have no Idea what this hotel is like, because I was taken ill and had to spend time in hospital instead. I contacted Expedia to cancel or transfer my booking date, but was not allowed, so eventually, the room went to waste. It's a pretty poor showing for a company that I have used many times before. I will now only book with agencies that will assure me a change or cancellation. Of course, I have been invited to leave this review, because Expedia has no real interest in whether I stayed or not. The money has been paid; what do they care?

We always stay here prior to flying and always find it excellent however the room wasn't as clean as usual, hair in the bathroom and toilitries not refreshed so unable to use. Won't let this blip ruin it though we will be back
