Great staff, from check in, to restaurant reception, from catering to waitressing. All were faultless and most helpful. Room was really clean and shower consumables excellent. Just one small niggle - the toilet roll was too close to toilet when seated - kept knocking it with my right arm! Breakfast was amazing and bed really comfortable. Well done - great night's stay!

I really did not enjoy my stay here. I had a connecting room and the walls were completely paper thin, could hear all of my neighbor's conversations and bodily functions all night. It was revolting. Also, no natural light, the room did not feel particularly clean, the carpets in the hallways were gross, it was generally just bad. I booked this one instead of Hilton b/c it was cheaper (had stayed at the T4 Hilton in the past), will return to Hilton next time instead.
