Staff were great . Bed was comfortable. Carpeted areas need a good clean... room and public area carpets are grubby! Limited selection of Wine, Beer and cider. I didn't like the sauvignon blanc variety so asked for a standard apple cider but they only stock berry flavored cider. Beer selection favours lager drinkers. Ale and Bitter drinkers arent catered for.

The MOXY was AMAZING! We stayed over the holidays and the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Check-in was smooth. We loved our accommodations…our room was cozy and clean. We had more than enough space for all of us in our party. The ambience is phenomenal. I loved the art work on the walls and the games available to play such as ping pong. I would recommend the MOXY to anyone traveling to London.

The room was not the issue. Everything was fine but the airport transfer was beyond horrible! It shows pick up times every hour but waited for 1.5 and the bus never showed-up

Rooms were so clean. I was thinking my room would be really cold so they brought me not one but 2 space heaters! They were right in saying I would be too warm and need to open a window and I had to trust the process lol. Staff was so lovely and friendly.
