Very good hotel & staff

We stayed here as it was disability friendly, it was more than we imagined, we brought our own hoist but everything else was efficient for what we needed, staff were lovely and helpful, the food was hot and enjoyable. Very near to places we needed to see and things to do. Would definitely stop here again

Lovely hotel

Excellent hotel, with helpful,polite staff. Really good for transport links into the city were a bonus. Only down side was trying to have coffee with breakfast - one very unreliable machine to serve all guests just didn't cut it.

The property was great, we found ourselves there in an emergency situation at 11pm after our original accommodation was not available The late team had the extra bed organised and room ready. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast are was a well run machine. The room was small for 3 people once the pull out couch was made up but we managed. We also used the common are to work in and be with our family also with us. We used the train station and walked to the nearby bar/ restaurant.
