I spent my birthnight at this hotel and had a restful night after out with friends. Had I known about this location earlier I would have booked this hotel for my entire trip in London. First, great location to get around by train. Second, the hotel is very clean and serves free breakfast as a plus. The amenities are great as well. It is also easy access to the airport: London City, Gatwick and Heathrow. It is extremely close to London City Airport. I would stay here again!

Check in usually good but this time I had to be a bit assertive and ask staff to ask her mgr for what turned out to be a simple fix to a card key. If staff person had just say d “ don’t know how to do it& I’ll ask would’ve been helpful. I’m a frequent guest here and otherwise very good but this time check in Wasn’t as easy. If only the desk staff person had a “I don’t know how to do this but let me ask “ attitude it would’ve been much better instead of saying what she did. I feel badly to give this place a “demerit” for checkin but it was frustrating yet easily solved by another staff person
