Good Transit Hotel

I stayed here simply because it is close to the airport so I could get to the airport quickly next morning. Hotel is about 5-min by taxi from the LHR, just under 10 GBP. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Room service was quick. Wished the menu had more selections though.

Heathrow ok

If you have a car, you have underground parking but to get up to reception means a walk up uncovered stairs. It was raining slightly when I arrived. In a serious rain you’d be soaked before you reached reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful Restaurant food above average but acceptable. Room very comfortable and quiet.

Heathrow was a long layover for me. I arrived too late in the day to see the sites. I took the Hotel Hoppa from the airport. The hotel was quiet despite being by the airport. My room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was good and the service great. It was a nice respite from my travels.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet Hotel

Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff could work on friendliness however. Be aware that the Heathrow Airport shuttle does not take guests from this hotel to Terminal 4 (not sure why). I took the shuttle to Terminal 5 and the tube over to T4. Taxis or Uber are available (but pricey).
