Just love a Cotizen M and this has to be one of the best!! Amazing location with a fabulous terrace. Staff as per usual - top notch and a credit to the chain!

Not ideal for less mobile oldies

Lovely hotel, great staff, good shower but I did not realise that there was only one side of the bed,so one of you had to crawl over the other person to get in and out of the bed. Maybe I should have looked at the photos more closely. As it was my husband had a heart attack and was hospitalised so there was only me on the second night. Also lovely quiet room.

Absolutely amazing property conveniently located to many fine dining options, shopping, travel (the Tube) and attractions. The staff was 5 star, accommodations and hotel itself was incredible. I highly recommend it!

Not for me. Small rooms, terrible iPad control system. Very slow lifts. Poor bathroom setup, basin in the entrance hall. No front desk.

I really wanted to like this hotel, it looks super cool. However the condition my room was in was gross. The towels and sheets were clean, but the sing has makeup and toothpaste all over it, the shower stall had (I think) shaving cream all over it, the floors in and outside the bathroom was sticky so we’re the door handles and light switches. I used my wet wipes to clean what I can. There were also fruit flies in there too.

Fabulous location and the Tower view was worth the extra charge. My only issue is that we had a minor issue with the room (loose toilet seat), which we reported twice but was never repaired. Not a showstopper but I expect better attention to maintenance. Overall, though, I recommend this hotel.
