I have not stayed at a CitizenM in the past, but will definitely do so in the future ... Hotel had a cool, hip, chill vibe. Check in was easy and quick and the gal that helped us was so nice. Everyone that worked there that we had a interaction with was helpful and friendly.

Great modern hotel, comfy room and bed, cleqning service. Excellent customer service and staffing. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and sightseen. Great hotel experience in the heart of London with excellent views of the Tower. Efficient check in and check out and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some weird automation stuff that went too far like blinds opening when you enter the room. But otherwise a perfect place to stay.
