Property and staff were excellent. Room was small but typical for a large city. My only suggestion would be a little change up on the breakfast. We were there 5 days and while the variety was good it was the exact same things everyday.

I called to enquire whether it would be possible to leave our cases with them for a few hours after check out while we finished our trip, shopping and sightseeing, we were met with an instant " nothing was too much bother" attitude from the lady on the phone. At check in we were greeted by smiles and enthusiasm, courteously given our room keys and shown the way to the lifts. The room was well appointed, not massive but it didnt need to be. The bed was so comfortable, the quilt perfectly suited for the weather conditions and the pillows perfect, I havent slept that well in ages. The hotel is ideally situated for walks to numerous sites of interest and to various tube stations.we loved this hotel and it will now be our hotel of 1st choice when staying in London in future.

Great location, short walk to Liverpool station & other tube lines. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful with check in & recommendations for our short stay in London. Very nice lobby with a good vibe & cozy atmosphere. Overall modern & nice hotel & rooms. Very short walk to Tower of London as well. Highly recommend & would stay in this hotel again next time I visit London!!

It is a beautiful hotel, check in was very fancy, do it yourself more efficient. There is a wavier to pay on arrival which is £50 which is expected for London but this was not mentioned at all on the sight, so that would be great if it could be mentioned before hand. Room spacious, clean, comfy.... bathroom beautiful. It was a great stay.

Good stay in the city

Good location in the city, and rooms were still quiet. Staff were friendly, present but unobtrusive. Black out curtains were too short so light came under them at the bottom. Personally, we don't like coffee pods, and don't think them eco friendly.
