Good location in close proximity to bars, markets, restaurants, and public transportation. Good hotel and courteous staff. Would recommend again.

Room was very small even not space for luggage

Pros: Reduce price for small room and includes breakfast
Location: Location is not bad just streets around was very dirty people drinking and smoking throw them on the street
It is not cost for that price I paid and also not include breakfast last day a kindly staff offered free breakfast

Amazing Staff

Pros: The staff and the modern aesthetic
Cons: nothing
I stayed for two nights at this hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. On the first night, there was a problem with my room but the staff who were working that night went out of their way to turn the experience around. Every member of staff I had interactions with at the hotel over the two days were lovely, and it was obvious that the entire team cared about their jobs and the customer experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will book again. It says a lot about a business with how mistakes are rectified and addressed and this hotel do genuinely care for their guests. A big shoutout and thanks to Keisha, Edyta, Gosia and Soraia for their friendliness and professionalism. They should be recognized by the business for their exceptional customer service skills.
