The Clermont Victoria is a regal hotel for a good price. It is conveniently located next to Victoria Station and many bus routes, the Big Bus and other tour buses, and close to many dining options. But it is very quiet and felt very safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying. We took advantage of afternoon tea in their tea room and were very happy with that experience. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this historic and beautiful hotel.

Nice location. However, the building is old and key services like hot water sometimes stop functioning. We also experienced a false fire alarm in the middle of the night and the staff were not prepared and only created further confusion. The AC/Heating system does not function properly as well.

Stayed for a week for the London Marathon. The location is perfect to access everything in the area as well as day tours out of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Slept soundly each night and did not hear a thing from any neighbors. My only complaint is that given the price point and 4 star rating, a few additional toiletries should have been included (e.g., lotion, make up remover, q-tips, etc).

First of all, the hotel had the most beautiful lobby ever! The rooms were nice, with great bathtubs and good beds, but were on the small side (which is often the case in Europe). The location was excellent and so convenient, although it was quite congested. The associated restaurant, The Soak, was very good, too, especially waiters Joban and Alfred.

We had a room overlooking Victoria Station which was fine - we were able to open the window (a plus) and amazingly there was no noise! Room was a little small but otherwise good.

Spectacular lobby--incredibly elegant and beautiful. Rooms were on the small side (typical of Europe), but otherwise very nice; great (and deep) bathtubs and good king-sized beds. The attached restaurant was excellent, too. Special praise to: Jeban and Alfred (waiters) and Fawzia (the hostess) at The Saok. Igerta and Paddy were especially nice and helpful at reception.
