Toilet would not flush propey, the sunk would bot drain (needed a plunger and a clean), and no one made beds/changed towels. Why is there a service charge for no service. The hotel was old but in good condition, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Coffee machine (one working for breakfast) caused long wueues that were not worth waiting for. Yes I would stay again but expectations set accordning

The hotel doesn't have a lobby. The room also had issues with A/C that just stopped working (even though they gave us another heater) The bed was a bit cranky and tilted and I constantly felt I am being sliding towards the center. The cleaners also by default didn't change towels or bedsheet even though we put them on the ground

This is our 4th stay in different hotels in London. The hotel was conveniently located just steps from Trafalgar. The front desk & housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room felt big for European standards, but the bed could be updated, felt very soft and not comfortable. Overall an ok stay, expected better bed conditions for what we paid.

Room was in a renovation area with dust sheets everywhere and work started at 8am. Checkin took ages with lots of glances at each other... thinking back they could have been deciding whether to put me there. They certainly didn't warn me. Otherwise staff were friendly and room was nice
