Liked the location and 90% of the service. Breakfast staff was very hit or miss. I am a Gold member so didn’t realize all the perks of breakfast (like ordering omelets). It wasn’t until my 3rd day that the person who led us to my table told us. The other hosts did not.

Perfect hotel in London with great location

Location: Across from the Tube, near Buckingham Palace, Churchill Museum, St. James Park, Westminster Abby, etc.
I'll stay here whenever I'm in London. It's quiet, service is amazing, rooms are lovely, and it's a few blocks from major attractions. It's truly a hidden gem. There are also many coffee shops and pubs nearby. I travel frequently and stay in many nice hotels. This one was as good as it gets.
