Honestly couldn't recommend this hotel any more. It was simply fabulous. A three minute walk to London Underground station and located in a really safe central area. We could see Tower Bridge from our beautiful room. It was my mums 70th birthday and they couldn't have been kinder. Upgraded her room too! The little touches make all the difference. Breakfast in the lampery the next morning was bliss! Will 100% be returning!!

Stay was fine. Room was a little strange. Was in the basement with no windows, just a window in the ceiling. Was explained during check in that the room didn’t have a main big window, just assumed it would have smaller windows. Slightly worried that in an emergency and the corridor was blocked, there was no way to escape the room

Great hotel! Great service, great location and family friendly. Whilst not what you normal think of as family friendly because it’s not aimed at families but are room was perfect for the four of you us much better than I’ve had in other London hotels and breakfast was great for them and our room services supper was perfect. It’s the third apex property I’ve stayed at but the first time with the family it’s a brand a I trust and they delivered!

Good hotel, great location. Staff appear unmotivated and not really wiling to help. I asked for assistance on one occasion and the person wouldn't even stop to assist, but pointed to a line of people to join. Other staff were ok at best

The hotel was exceptionally well presented and everything was very clean. We had a family room and the size was amazing, I loved having a bath and shower. The staff were very friends and great with the kids and they even each got an activity book that won them free ice cream. We stayed for 2 nights and there was only a few small issues. The first night the rooms air conditioning was unable to cool the room sufficiently which did make it quite difficult to sleep but I mentioned it and the second night (a much hotter day) the room was much cooler. The only other problem was the mattress was really quite hard and it did make side sleeping rather uncomfortable. We do have a very cosy soft mattress at home and I definitely missed it. The hotel is in a great location near many sights and lots of things to do as well it's really close to the circle line which gets you where you need to go in the city.

Our toilet never worked properly over the 3 days despite us informing staff on the first day. 3 or 4 people (maintenance?) came in and reportedly were there to fix or problem solve but instead just seemed to test flushing it (which we clearly already had done). It took 3 flushes just to get toilet paper down after urinating. We had 3 other couples staying at hotel and none had this issue. On the last day, it only semi worked so thus we never truly had a trusted toilet our whole stay.
