Perfect location. Rooms nice and clean albeit on the small side. Would have liked more lighting and mirrors in the room. Air conditioning smelt as if it hadn’t been on for a while, which meant we couldn’t put it on without opening the window. Great breakfast and good Gin Bar. Would stay again despite my negative comments, but would probably choose a bigger room.

We had a nice time however check in was really difficult. They required physical ID which I didn’t have on me. I am from the UK and have never been asked for this before to check in to a hotel in my own country. They also tried to charge us for breakfast when I clearly showed my booking information staring breakfast was included. I was told to ‘wait’ whilst they obtained authorisation from elsewhere. We’ve stayed here before. I think it’s gone downhill with customer service.

Staff courteous, room temperature was hard to control, either cold and humid or warm and stale air, no flow. A lot of street noise through drafty windows. Elevators limited, one out of order 3 from the 5 days! Breakfast poor!

The room was clean it was a little on the small size but you are only in your room to sleep so it was not an issue. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I couldn’t comment on the food. But the bar staff were polite and helpful
