The location was perfect for sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had AC which was perfect for the hot summer weather. There are water bottle refill stations on every floor which was a good touch. The only odd thing is that the room had no fridge or safe; otherwise it had everything we needed.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The conference room setting where guests could serve them an assortment of coffee and tea drinks was great. Another feature of this hotel that stood out was free refillable water bottles facility on each floor. Thanks!

Great stay.

This hotel is located close to Teafalgar Square and to the tube stop, Charing Cross. There are some nice restaurants on the same street for a pleasant breakfast. We especially enjoyed the filtered water stations and the guest living room.

Really dirty, I arrived after midnight so had to stay, I complained the next day they offered me another room which was equally grim. I left the next day even though I had another night booked and went to another hotel. I was unable to get a refund through hotels.com or the hotel directly. Avoid at all costs.
