The room was very tidy, and on top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Location-wise, it’s within walking distance of King’s Cross and Leicester Square. I will definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff. Single room small but fine for one person. Shower not great with water spraying everywhere but where it was needed. Shower cubicle small. Great location and easily walkable to everywhere visited.

The hotel gave me a room with heavy construction noise on the first night. I requested to move to another room after. The system reassigned me a smelly and non clean room. I went to the front desk and complained. The manager apologized to me and offer me free breakfast for the rest of my stay. It was not a good experience.

Hotel was nice very clean staff polite had an earlier check-in, good location, room clean bed comfy shower good breakfast was good choice but Eggs were overdone and tables a little bit close together maybe bigger glasses for cold drinks but would stay again very quiet at night
