Room was as advertised, clean and very quiet. Would highly recommend and would book again. We are also upgraded from a cocoon 2 to a cocoon 8 which was nice, albeit slightly confusing as I then thought the hotel was a hostel. The only thing that let it down (hence 4 stars) was check in. No check in desk, only tablets. In general, not a problem, but here was a lag in the screen touch so took numerous attempts to input details. As I booked thru Expedia, I have the confirmation code from them, which isn’t the Zedwell confirmation code, so needed assistance. Check out was however seamless. Check in prevented this being a 5 start review.
