The room was spectacular! Location was brilliant - right above the tube station! Megan checked us in and also answered queries we had prior to our stay. Nothing is too much trouble to the polite and friendly staff at this hotel who go out of their way to do anything to make your stay better!

Fantastic, historic hotel in the centre of London with easy access to transport and main attractions. The dinner and breakfast options were very good and the Expedia VIP discount on food was great. A very nice, traditional English hotel.

The start of your email asked how was my check in and the email was sent to me during our stay?! Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and all the staff at the hotel were so nice and in addition to above extremely professional and smartly dressed. We loved our stay.
