The Clermont is a beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to restaurants, tourist attractions and the tube. The rooms are large with nice amenities like drinks and snacks.

We loved that we got early check-in at no additional charge. Our luggage was delivered to our room before we got back to our hotel. They notified us when our room was was. Staff is very friendly. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The free mini bar was a nice touch.

Sizable room for three adults. Room was completely ready for us with the sofa bed pulled out and made up before we arrived in the room. Complimentary mini bar and snacks and a staff that went above and beyond. Will be my go to hotel in London going forward

Great location for getting to many things in London. Close to the Tube (Embarkment stop). Breakfast was very good, and the staff were excellent. Only note of improvement is the cleaning of the bathroom. A bit dirty in the corners of the bathroom floor, but nothing terribly bad. Overall, a good place.
