The hotel is conveniently located..just a short walk to Earls Court station. The hotel is clean and modern. The room had all he basics butbit is very small. We were out most of the day so basically itbwas just a place to sleep. Not much room for luggage. We had carr on only so managed. The room we had would ne go for a very short stay 1-2 nights. We were there for 3 and thats was a little longer than I would recommend. Staff were pleasant and thr hotel is in a safe area.

The room was so small even for just one adult and a child. The bed was comfortable. There was no closet or not much storage space. There was no telephone so if you want to ask something, you had to go down to reception. I wish there is at least a kettle in the room so I can make some tea. Shower door was hard to go in and out. The location was ok. About 12-15 minutes walk to tube station. It is safe since the hotel is on the busy street. There were planty of coffee shops and restaurants around there. But I would not recommend this hotel if you are fmaily with kids or you are tall or big person.

Nice room but be mindful there is no kettle! Good location, reasonably quiet. Breakfast was good. If you get a room on the lower ground double check it’s not next to the smoking area as the smell comes through the windows.

Great location within walking distance to Earl's Court Underground station. Small room but very private, comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly and professional staff, great customer service. Breakfast is offered with a good variety of options.

I'm giving this five stars for the outstanding customer service from everyone we interacted with from reception staff to the domestic staff, they we e all great ambassadors for this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean if a little basic. I would recommend taking a travel kettle or its a visit to reception for hot water for tea and coffee.
