Great customer service, friendly and welcoming from reception to bar staff. Hotel room was clean, airy and well decorated. Fantastic location near the tube, shops, restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. Great value for money too with big rooms, spacious beds and nice mocktail / cocktail menu. Would recommend and stay again.

Stayed at The Exhibitionist Hotel and really enjoyed it. The room had a super quirky, fun design that made it feel unique compared to standard hotels. The bed was super comfy, big enough to stretch out in, and came with plenty of extra pillows — perfect after a day of exploring. Amenities were pretty basic, but everything I needed was there, and the toilet was spotless. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the tube and bus stops, which made getting to major areas really convenient. The neighborhood felt safe, and there’s no shortage of food options nearby. For the price, it’s great value considering the hotel is in a high-end area. Overall, a comfortable stay with a lot of personality. Would happily return!

We had to leave after our first night despite being booked for a two night stay for my sisters birthday. The shower, after using it for a short period of time started to smell like rotten eggs and sulphur. The step out to the patio on our room was broken and wobbly when you stood on it. The blind was broken and didn’t raise and when I tried a metal bar fell out onto my feet. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is horrible. Not worth 5 stars at all it’s more like a 3 star hotel. Shabby, rundown and a bit dirty.

What a lovely stay at the exhibitionist hotel for our trip to london, a very quirky hotel with some very nice touches, friendly staff and very accommodating for every need, breakfast was great a definate addition to the price if stopping as its quite an expensive area being in Kensington, great location for the tube, and very close to the national history museum, victoria and albert if thats you thing, harrods and the royal albert hall within walking distance, getting to the hotel on the first day was obviously a cost of a taxi journey which was 40 pounds, yet the price of the tube would have been £2.80, a word of advise for anyone visiting london for the first time would be dont take loads of cash because you'll be coming home with it again as even though it legal tender they dont want you to spend it,also make sure you've got google wallet or apple pay loaded with which ever payment card you use, as you cant use your bankcard on the tube or buses, only phone payment, which at times can be very stressful, take in a show we saw back to the future the musical and it was brilliant, so a round up a great few days away and a great experience definitely recommend 😀

The Exhibitionist was fine, I simply would never advertise it as a 5-star hotel. No mini fridge in room, cramped layout, smelled like cheap air freshener, bed not very comfortable, and paper thin walls. The staff were great, but this felt like a 3.5 star hotel that was dressed up nicely.

Would Not Recommend For International Travellers

Not a good experience at all. Booked a superior room with a balcony online, showed up and was given a beautiful velvet room, but it was a standard room with no balcony. I went back and showed my receipt to the front desk and just asked to be moved to a room with the amenities I paid for, they seemed kindly and moved us right away, however, we were moved to a "Vegas Trash-land" themed room. Literally all the decor was graffiti, dirty streets, and mountains of black rubbish bags. I feel it was because they realized in person that we were American (I had already experienced some unkindly treatment prior to this from other establishments in the area after hearing my accent). It was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable, and after traveling for hours, and already moving rooms I decided to endure it and reached out the next day to request a partial refund. I was denied any sort of refund or compensation for the insult or uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.
