The room was extremely small. All the members of the staff are ok, some really helpful and others seemed perhaps a bit overwhelmed by many check outs and check in. I would have liked to be helped more when checking in.

Excellent location a short walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. Room was very small, we expected this, but was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Fresh pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit and some meat & cheese options. I did notice some gluten free muesli however cross contamination would be a concern for celiacs. Price was a little high for the room, however some of this is due to currency exchange rates. Overall, we would recommend and stay here again

It was a very nice room with a great view of London. The window was small (1/2 m x 1m) but I could see downtown London. The staff was great and the property was about 3 to 4 normal city blocks from King's Crossing Station and St. Pancras Rail terminal.
