My sister and I stayed here throughout our stay in London. I had mixed feelings about how to review this hotel, not because it's not good, but because it wasn't as spacious as we had hoped. The room was very small and, while that's to be expected in Europe, it was barely equipped to handle our luggage and ourselves. I could turn a light off from my bed, for instance. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! My sister fell and they made sure she had ice more than once. It's really difficult to find ice in Europe and the room didn't have a refrigerator so my sister really appreciated the care that was given to her. I would stay here again strictly due to the kindness and availability of the staff for questions and inquiries. I really wish the rooms were bigger but it was a good hotel in a pivotal location near King's Cross.

Perfect location for an early start on the eurostar. Our room was well appointed, hotel was secure and staff were very welcoming. I would recommend pre booking a quieter room if available as ours was on the main street and quiet noisy when we were trying to have an early night prior to our 4am alarm.

Firstly, staff, location and breakfast were all excellent. Overall the biggest issue here is that the room is extremely small. We were a traveling couple and we’re not normally bothered by small rooms, but this made the stateroom in our cruiseship look like a suite in Las vegas. We could hardly find room to open our large suitcases. Although we obviously didn’t stay in our room long, it made getting ready and showering a painful experience. Would not recommend this hotel unless you’re traveling alone with small to medium luggage

Our room was surprisingly huge because I booked the accessible one with windows. Bathroom is big. Bed was a double so it was small for me and hubby. What I didn't like on this stay is the housekeeping (room cleaning) they do it every 3 days. Although you can request to get it cleaned as well. I didn't like one of the front staff who was snotty to tell me that cleaning of the room is after the 4th day. If you prefer early check in, they charge you £15 and for luggage storage £3 per bag so it's not free. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was an ok breakfast nothing fancy. The croissants are really good and I like the fact that we can also request to go bags.

Chose the hotel for its pick up option for a bus transfer to the port. Only stayed overnight. Air-conditioner gave out, given the option to change rooms in the middle of the night but front desk was able to restore power.
