Staff was aware we have a luggage and we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Walkway going up to the room is so narrow that you can barely pass through with luggage in tow. Never knew that there is such thing as shared bathroom so it was a shock when we got there. Building is so outdated.

Welcome by staff and directions given to transport links very helpful.Room clean but very small, stairs to room and bathroom very steep, not easy to manoeuvre with luggage especially for those 70+ . Although outside of control of hotel road outside very noisy the two nights we stayed so would find it difficult to recommend to friends.

Old building but it was great for what it was. The staff is great and helpful. The location is easy walking access to both Russell Square and Euston stations. Enjoyed it.

While this is a value hotel, which means there are compromises (room size, stairs, room facilities), this hotel gets the basics right. Rooms are spotlessly clean, as are the shared bathrooms. The beds are comfy. I would stay again.

It was a sad place to stay, rooms were awful beyond words - cold, dirty and noisy. Walking through the corridors almost make tiu feel claustrophobic. Staff, however, were wonderful and very cooperative.

It was close to freezing and the window was open with the radiator turned off. This made the room very cold. The radiator itself was situated by the head of the bed (probably why the previous resident had turned off the radiator and opened the window). I'll also mention that this hotel room didn't have an en suite bathroom. Not what I was looking for, frankly. I want to be clear I'm not down rating them for this: that's on me being in a hurry and missing this detail. But if anyone else reads this I'd want them to know in case they missed it.

My husband and I checked into this hotel for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by staff and assisted with anything we needed, they even offered adapters! The room was tiny and cozy, and they offer a 24 hour tea room with hot coffee as well. The hotel is located within walking distance of various public transportation options. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Just wanted a bed and shower in a great location. Perfect! Minutes away from Euston and St Pancras. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was very good value for money. Staff are very helpful.
