Always a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owners are so nice and welcoming and the whole staff polite and friendly. Room is fantastic and perfect for my stay.

We only stayed one night and everything was brilliant. Check-in was speedy and smooth. The room exceeded our expectations so clean with a comfy bed and lovely bed linen. Fantastic big towels and good quality shower gel. There are two minor gripes and I can't see how the hotel can do anything about them. We were on the lower floor and the staircase to get down is quite narrow and steep. The other thing that didn't bother us but might be something to consider is that we had a room for 3 for the two of us. If we had had more luggage I think it would have been a bit of a squeeze. Despite these tiny things we have already recommended the hotel to a few people.

Very clean, comfy bed, friendly staffs. Super small room which is usually expected in an old building, by London standards. No lifts, just narrow stairs. It was value for money imo.

Booked a single room on Expedia at about 6pm on the same day. Arrived about midnight with a flat phone battery and they had no record of my booking. Had to charge my battery at reception to get my email to prove I had booked. Then told they had no rooms left. Eventually, after some discussion, they gave me a quadruple room for the night. After that the my night was ok, but I wouldn't risk booking here again.
