Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on what is on offer but for a cost of £16 per person if pre booked feel whatever is on offer £16 is rather expensive.
Parts of the hotel are very dated and in need of some attention. Carpet fraying on the stairs, the area we had to go through with the stairs melt musty, the room itself the paper on the wall near skirting board is bubbling from what appears to be water leak from shower. Uneven floor in bedroom which could be a trip hazard. Unable to close one of the bedroom windows, towel rail was not heating up & had no idea how to get this to work. No socket by wardrobe area to use iron & ironing board. Not enough room by TV to put up ironing board. Socket under TV (first one) is loose and USB port did not work to charge phone. No socket in between the single beds to charge phone, or plug anything in.
No on site bar, very limited drink offering and this was not clear from hotel description. Some of the images are dated and not true to how hotel now looks.
Limited TV choice.
On plus side towels and bedding were clean, although due to the room been cold could do with either extra blankets been available in room or thicker quilt.
