Perfect location for what we wanted to see and do.
Room 403 was pretty quiet considering it looks out onto the corner of Leicester sq.
staff were very friendly and helpful
Not having a bar is not an issue as there are loads of options within a couple of minutes walk.
The very lovely lady on reception was excellent. She looked on the system for the best room and gave us one with a great view of Leicester Square(307!) The room itself was very comfortable with a very large bed. The buffet breakfast was again excellent with a large variety of food on offer. The staff there were friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better, with an easy walk to Covent Garden. We will be back next year!
In this case it's really all about the location.
We found it a bit pricey but would suggest that it's the norm in London right now so it wasn't outrageous.
The location is fantastic though. Very walkable to most of the major things you would want to see and a quick cab ride or subway ride to the others. As a travel agent I would have no problem recommending this to my guests. The breakfast was pretty good and compares to those you would find at a typical Holiday Inn Express.

Needs updating, but great location.
I know they are in the process of renovating, but we had an older junior suite. It was as clean as they could make it, but def old. Musty smell if you don’t run the AC. Can’t be the location.
Very well located and close to shopping and dining. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square and Oxford Street. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is optional but the buffet is quite good. I would stay there again.
Small room, unbearable sewer odor in the room, bad check in / out experience. Staff will come in room even with the “do not disturb” or “no housekeeping” sign.
Very nice property centrally located. Close to several Underground stations. Minutes from Piccadilly Circus. Walking distance to most main attractions. Staff friendly and helpful.
