I normally stay at chain hotels in London but decided to try something new. I’m pleased I did; this is a nice and clean, no frills hotel in a lovely area of London with great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and very spacious. Oxford Street is about a 25 minute walk. The hotel receptionist was a great guy who made me feel very welcome. I’d definitely recommend for a short stay in London.

The property and staff were great. However, the noise in the morning from the dining area was too loud, you can hear everything. Cleaning staff were talking loudly in the corridor where the room was and even tried to come in before checkout time. Not the best experience but might give it another chance, just for the location and convenience.

Great location, we could walk to local restaurants and the tube station & was close to where we caught the train to Paris. No lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the staircase. Comfy beds and pillows.
