"Although the hotel is older, that's the actual charm of it as it's historian.. Fantastic location, right across from the Paddington station, even with luggage it was so easy to get to, we rented a room that had many beds which was perfect for a family of 4 to all have beds but could still accommodate up to 6. Management was so accommodating and very pleasant and helpful with bags. "

"Very close to Westminster bridge and very clean hotel. We skipped housekeeping and got a bottle of wine instead at no cost! Only concern is our window gave no daylight and faced a wall .. felt like a cave. "

"Great hotel in the middle of the city, very accessible via the tube and buses. The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff. "
