"I was originally drawn to this hotel because of the stunning decor and overall vibe in the photos, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, and every single design detail is spot on. I had a slight issue with the bed on my first day, but the staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They even upgraded me to a better room, which completely made up! I only had the breakfast there, but it was great. Not just the dining area being super Instagrammable, but the food itself was delicious. The common areas are very comfortable and well-suited for getting some work done too."

"This hotel is alongside a railway line. If you are happy being woken at 05.30hrs and listening to trains rumble past then you will be delighted with your stay. The shower was tepid. Staff were polite, friendly and correct at all times. Please note that the word “travellers” features 2xL"
