"No bellman around to help pull luggage up steps or escort to room. We were 3 seniors who had to do it ourselves. Also the string smell in the lobby was nauseating. Cleaning or room scent? Too strong."

"It was clean and comfortable. Custom service was nice. However, very unclear listing, seems as though it’s intending to mislead its visitors, due to unclear photographs and descriptions. I got a family studio suite, the pictures representing the room looked as if it would be bigger and have more beds, but in the room I got there were only two beds and they took up lots of the space"

"Our party only stayed the one night for a concert. It is a Very modern hotel with digital door locks and vending machines, which we actually enjoyed. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Would stay again when visiting London. 👍"

"I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at the Radisson Blu, South Kensington. They always had smiles and answered my questions. I accidentally left a few items and they kept everything safe until I returned a few days later. This is my second time staying here and it’s the perfect location; across the street from the Glouster Road tube station, Boots Pharmacy and a Waitrose grocery store; it’s also within walking distance of great restaurants and Hyde Park. The next time I’m in London, I will definitely stay here again."
