The hotel is beautiful and exquisitely decorated. Beds are comfortable and plush. The staff was wonderful. The doormen were helpful and went above and beyond. It’s located close to the tube and restaurants and a pharmacy and attractions. I highly recommend.

The Ampersand is a beautifully appointed hotel with comfortable rooms and exceptional staff and service. We spent 6 nights here and found the area of South Kensington wonderful, with many restaurants, museums, and the hotel just a short walk to the Tube, making getting around London easy. We loved our stay at the Ampersand Hotel and highly recommend it!

First Class Hotel in South Kennsigton

We choose the Ampersand for a 4 night couple trip to London. Outstanding hotel, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was first class, very satisfied. Location is excellent just a short walk to the South Kensington Tube station makes getting anywhere in London a breeze. Highly recommended.
