Everywhere is immaculate, clean, polished, every detail perfect. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and polite, no-one passes you in a corridor or anywhere without speaking. The food is a work of art too. You are made to feel a million dollars during your stay, such a beautiful hotel! You cant help but notice the attention to detail in EVERY litte thing. I loved my stay at The Savoy!! The Customer Service was Exceptional!! The Concierge, Robert made all of my reservations and booked a Savoy chauffeur for my airport transfer. The wait staff in The Savoy Grill and the Riverside Grill were outstanding. The front desk receptionists were kind enough to escort me to my room when I checked-in, to show me how to get there. The Valet/Doormen always greeted me with a smile and always offered to get a taxi or assist with my shopping bags and luggage. The Housekeeping Staff were excellent. The hotel was decorated so beautifully for the holidays!! It was gorgeous!! Overall, it is a real treat to stay at The Savoy!! I will be back every year for my birthday! 5-Stars!!
