Location good for seeing the sites. Hotel functional for a two night stay. Rooms small and sound insulation poor as we were kept awake by room above. Every footstep could be heard. Bed was comfortable but no beside table so customers used dressing table stool which was stained. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Gloucester road tube station.

Never again!

Very small room in the basement, had to climb over dirty laundry and laundry bags to get to my room. No warning that the room was an inside room without a window to the outside! Only window went to another room without direct light.

Great place to stay

Really lovely staff, who were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and beds very comfortable. We appreciated the air con in the room on a warm weekend! Great location too, and a short walk away from the underground. We enjoyed our stay at K Hotel Kensington, and would return.

Excellently placed for Gloucester Rd Tube Station. I had large spacious room 221. Clean, hot water, quiet inside. VERY noisy outside. Cromwell Rd busy all night with heavy traffic .I'm used to it but not for someone who's noise sensitive. It was like sleeping on hard shoulder! Bring photo Id even if your from UK

I was given a room on 0 floor, by the road which was noisy; I couldn’t sleep very well not happy about that. Also, the heating system didn’t work properly blowing air although I set it but not good and noisy. The TV not working. All in all not happy. And Staff not very pleasant.

Lovely hotel to stay in. So easy to get around with the tube station about five minute walk. Within easy walking distance to natural history museum and Hyde park not too far away either. Would definitely stay here again.
