Pros- Property location is amazing. Walking distance to most site seeing spots. The train station is 5 min walk which is great. We got the “comfy” room, which is all we needed. Room was clean and spacious bed! Con- Our stay was a Thurs-Sunday. Thursday night slept great. Friday/Saturday night was impossible. The noise from bar/nightclub one door down was tremendous. It would start 11pm and we couldn’t fall asleep with the noise maybe at best not until 130AM. I think for those that can sleep with any noise level will not be bothered. We are on the first floor- not sure if floor matters. But as much as location was great, lack of sleep means we will not be returning to this otherwise lovely hotel.

Very convenient for Opera House and Covent Garden Rooms small but have everything you need We had time to kill around lunchtime but the bar wasn’t open. We booked very early but it would have been much cheaper to book closer to our arrival date which was quite annoying

All great EXCEPT that the comfort double room we booked and assigned Room 610 was incredibly small !! It’s two grades above comfort and economy so I can’t imagine what those are like. There is not wardrobe, just an open rack, no safe, no luggage space even . I think the hotel should really re-assess if this room qualifies as comfort double room

Great location, nice hotel but too dark.

Lovely hotel but room lighting was far too dark to be practical. Everything in the room including the floor is black and lighting is dim and moody and very pointed with small spotlights. Had to pack my bag in the bathroom. Even with the curtains open in the morning the room was so dark!

The perfect place to stay for your trip in London. Would highly recommend. Room was extremely clean, staff were pleasant and the location is amazing. Only comment would be rooms were a little small, but didn’t impact our stay at all. 10/10.

Class in the City Centre

We were here for 4 nights to see 3 plays including The Tempest at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. So the location was perfect. The hotel was beautifully appointed and showed lots of thoughtful design details which we appreciated.
