Didn’t hate it here, but certainly wouldn’t recommend. I reserved a double bed, which was just two twins pushed together. Breakfast was available for an extra £20, kind of steep. The biggest issue I had was really that the WiFi was pretty much useless. I mentioned it several times, and they comped the one expensive breakfast I had which was nice. Decor was nice but was kind of just hiding the need to a major renovation. Convenient area to stay in near Victoria Station. Decent hotel, not the best value imo.

The hotel was conveniently near bus stops and the Victoria station, also near shops from about a 6 minute walk. The room was great for a single person and the bathroom was big for London. Nice hotel.

Wonderful place, from the welcoming staff to the cleanliness, the decoration, the location... We thoroughly enjoyed our one night there. We were on the top floor so that was a lot of stairs but no matter, we had a great visit.

Very busy check-in, but very quick and efficient once I reached the front of the queue. Probably just bad timing that lots of guests arrived at the sane time. My room in the top floor was comfortable and very quiet - especially by London standards. Large, good quality towels and tea and coffee facility in the room was useful.

Loved my stay!

My stay at the Georgian House Hotel was excellent! I arrived before check-in, but was able to store my luggage. When I returned later I was informed that I'd been upgraded to a larger room and my luggage was already brought upstairs for me. The room itself was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and very nicely decorated. And the location is perfect - easily walkable to Chelsea and Belgravia and you can get anywhere from nearby Victoria Station. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet area, all staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms are very comfortable, although some parts of the room could do with a "handyperson" to neaten up some tired bits and pieces. (Grouting around sink in the toilet). A wonderful stay and definitely will stay again when visiting London.

Not so Enchanted

Disappointing stay, we were in the Enchanted room … which I am sure with its Harry Potter theme is “fun” if you are a child but not so much if you are 2 adults. Room is small and dark, light switches a struggle to find. No where practical to hang or store our clothes. We did ask to change rooms but this wasn’t possible. Breakfast was fine and the majority of staff serving lovely but one member of the team was particular rude And commented on by the guests at the next table.

Loved our stay! Such friendly staff & so helpful. Only downfall was no lift for the strollers but we made it work. They helped us carry our stuff up and down stairs and made sure we were taken care of :)

Wonderful property in a Georgian home. Rooms are small but very comfortable. We were able to walk to tourist spots (Buckingham Palace, Tower of London), plus restaurants and shops!
