This is the second time I have stayed here and I cannot fault it for the price. It’s modern inside, very clean, comfortable and affordable. Plus it’s in a good location. Staff are very nice and friendly and they provide free water on tap with glass bottle provided for you to keep refilling and take into your room. If I ever need a cheap hotel room in London for the night I would always choose this one.

Nice hotel. Problem is you have to stump up £150 deposit upfront which in this world of scammers that we live in I started to wonder and worry at night if they would invent potential damages and whether I would get my money back? Shame as really nice hotel and nice staff but £150 outlay is simply not on (your top posh Hilton hotels don't ask for any deposit).and that is why I have given it a 2 star rating. They must lose lots of potential business due to the large deposit.

The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

Really enjoyed our stay here. First time and the beds and pillows were comfy. The facilities were ideal free coffee and tea and hot chocolate although could have done with some fruit teas!! Would stay again and recommend it too friends and family.
