I was very pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was as although the hotel is on a busy street it is well set back behind a front parking area. Breakfast was so much better than most boutique hotels in the area. The buffet English breakfast was nice and hot plus there were plenty of pastries fruit yogurt etc. the location is great near paddington station and Hyde park. I think I’ve found a new go to place. Really nice staff at front desk and breakfast room during the week.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and room very comfortable and clean. The only bad comment will be that we had a family with a little kid in a room right next to us who woke up very early every morning and would make a lot noise. So the rooms are not soundproofed. Other than that, it was a pleasure experience.

The hotel is ideally located for ready access to Paddington station and within easy walking distance to Hyde park. The hotel is good for the price other than being a little dated and tired in places.Our room was compact but clean. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive some of the cooked food was cold and there was no choice of alternative milks. However the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall all we stayed one night at this hotel which suited our needs perfectly.

We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc.
