pro: close to St Pancras Euro train to Paris, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, wi-fi. con: Cramp really old and tall building with no elevator. Stairs are steep and tight (difficult to maneuver or take luggage up and down the stairs).

Clean rooms in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Underground, Thameslink, and Eurostar. However, the room was bit cramped and (at least in the annex) the air conditioning couldn't really keep up with the heat.

The positives were: cleanliness, decent breakfast included, friendly staff. The negatives were, and this is just for our room, I can’t speak to the whole hotel; very small room. No where to place luggage other than the floor. We asked for luggage racks, or a chair but they said they had none. Shower hard to manage.

Room was small, but had everything needed, London isn’t for spending time in your hotel room, the bed was comfy the AC worked well and the shower had good pressure. It was a bit of a walk up but it was safe, quiet and close to Kings Cross and done great pubs.
