This is a really nice hotel and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very smart and well kept, the rooms are modern and comfortable. It's also very reasonably priced for a London hotel. It's a really, really short walk to the tube, and to a retail park with a wide variety of restaurants, so really convenient. I had a lovely meal with colleagues at the large Turkish restaurant in the retail park. I stayed here for work as I had to be in the area, and that's the only downside, being literally on the A40, which is busy. If you have to stay in this area, stay here!

Decent hotel

Rooms and in particular the bathroom are a little dark. Bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. They have really nice staff in all departments- check in, the bar, restaurant.
