"It’s a great hotel but there’s a horrid smell of sewage outside to the right of hotel and that could be smelt in our bathroom, especially in the night / early morning.
No milk, no shower gel supplied, yes I should have gone down to reception but couldn’t be arsed!
Also if booking through hotel.com - requests don’t go through eg, we asked for a quiet room away from lifts, then was given a room opposite the lift door! They did sort it, but shouldn’t have happened really.
