This place is womb-like. I felt so comfortable and peaceful while I was there. No mean feat given its proximity to Bishopsgate. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The staff were friendly however the room was not clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend more attention to detail when cleaning. The room size is small and that is fine; we did not need a large room and small accommodation is not a deal breaker for me at all.
