Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely.

It’s a good hotel but is not a 4* as it is sold, rooms are small so for 2 people getting ready for evening in London, it was very difficult. Toilet is behind a plastic container and feels like it’s next to the bed which didn’t feel comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room

Heat wasn’t working most nights, was freezing all night. My last night I was shivering all night to the point I woke up with cold sweats from shivering so much. This was while wearing a sweatsuit and two comforters since I requested an extra. There was also a foul smell coming from the sink that persisted for the majority of my stay before being fixed. The comforters and towels had stains on them. Just gross and not good.

The perfect hotel, offering the best value for money in terms of location. My partner and I were welcomed at the reception by the sweetest receptionist, Hannah. She showed so much kindness and warmth when she received us. At check-in, we explained that we had had an unpleasant stay at another hotel, and Hannah demonstrated exceptionally good service. She is an employee who truly deserves a star! In addition to this, the hotel stay itself was fantastic. It was about a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street and had shopping options nearby. The hotel staff were very welcoming, no matter when or where you encountered them.
