"I expected more from a Sofitel in Heathrow. Not bad at all- staff were great, room was clean and fitness room was pretty good (plenty of cardio and weights). However the property is quite dated and very brown/beige. The restaurant Vivo was average and had a cafeteria vibe."

"Personally the hotel needs a few things to be updated. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. "For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!"
