The hotel is beautifully appointed and clean with gorgeous views of the river and the city. The cocktail lounge offered delicious, creative cocktails and snacks. Everything we had in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was excellent. From the doorman to the servers to guest engagement executives Amian and William, everything needed to make our stay exceptional was provided. An excellent hotel. We highly recommend.

Good location and very walkable. This is not a luxurious hotel but the rooms are decent size, beds are firm and comfortable, shower is good and very clean. Ask for a north-facing room on the river side of the hotel and not in the pier that was added on the back/south.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the front desk was very helpful. I really liked how there was a water station on each floor where you could refill a carafe given to each room. My only con would be that you have to walk a bit to get to the subway station. London is quite large so maybe this isn’t unexpected.
