Besides a very specific "nobody" (some night manager) one night.... who treated my family and I like peasants and looked down on us, the rest of the staff was INCREDIBLY AMAZING from ñ

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The room was gigantic compared to most rooms! The location was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly and quite helpful when we enquired about nearby vegan restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Great hotel on the South Bank!

Pros: Good view, very clean, close to everything fun to do. Wonderful concierge. They helped me get tickets to Wicked at Apollo Victoria Theatre.
Cons: I was there in winter and would have appreciated slightly warmer auto setting on the thermostat. Other than that, nothing needed improvement.
Location: 5 blocks from Southwark metro station. Walking distance to Tate Modern, London Eye, Thames river cruises, etc.
I can't say enough good about Mondrian London. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Reasonably fast Wifi. Super nice hotel staff and great room service. 5 blocks from Southwark metro station.

Luke Concierge

Pros: location
Cons: front desk and management
Location: it was on the south side so it was quiet. But, the only things close by was The Borogh Market , Shakespear house and the Tate museum.
What made everything so wonderful was the Concierge desk. Amy, Luke,Aries. The balcony made the room so enjoyable to wake up and see London at your fingertips.
