Amazing hotel located in the heart of London and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff was top notch and responded to every need immediately. Hotel food and bar were first class. We even tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready but they let us rinse off in the spa area which was amazing after flying all day.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. They were clean and had good amenities with Nespresso, coffee, machine, and electric kettle and a fridge and safe.. We booked a family room for four but were given two adjoining rooms. That was a bonus because we had two bathrooms.

The food and service were excellent throughout my stay. Very friendly staff who made you feel valued and were very attentive, from the breakfast staff to the people delivering my room service and the housekeeping staff. The food was all very tasty too! And it was nice to be given a box of chocolates when I stayed over Christmas. The hotel design and decor was beautiful. The hotel location was great as you’re near the South Bank, St Paul’s and Houses of Parliament. I would definitely stay here again.
